A GRAND PROJECT
The Grandview Children’s Treatment Centre in
Ajax, Ont. will serve as the new headquarters for
Grandview Kids, which specializes in care and
support for children and youth with physical,
communication and developmental needs, and
their families. The project, led by Infrastructure
Ontario, was recognized with a 2022 National
Award of Merit—Project Development by
the Canadian Council for Public-Private
Partnerships. The new four-storey facility,
currently under construction by the Children
First Consortium (Amico Design Build Inc. and
Sacyr Construction S.A), is expected to be
complete in 2024.
