Stephanie Hun, Jorge Marin
FlatironDragados announced the promotions
of Stephanie Hun to Vice President – Business
Development, and Jorge Marin to Vice President – Large Projects. Hun brings 20 years of
experience, spanning projects throughout North America, Asia and Australia,
with sector experience in power, transportation and marine infrastructure. Since
joining the organization in 1995, Marin has advanced from Field Engineer to
Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Director and now executive leadership. His current portfolio of projects includes Site C Dam & Generation Station
and the Surrey–Langley SkyTrain.
Sean Keogh
Arcadis announced the appointment of Sean Keogh as Life Science Market Sector Lead. Keogh has played an instrumental role
in delivering high-value process design, construction management, and CQV engineering solutions for Arcadis’ leading biotech
and pharmaceutical clients in key North American and European markets. He
joined Arcadis through the acquisition of DPS Group in 2022. He brings more
than a decade of experience delivering life science projects with clients that
include Shire, MSD, CSL Behring, and Lonza.
Damian Joy
CPCS, welcomed Damian Joy to its Board of Directors. Joy brings
over 40 years of infrastructure leadership. During his tenure at EY as
Partner, Strategy & Transactions – Infrastructure Advisory, he built and
led a national advisory practice of more than 60 professionals and
steered major initiatives such as high-speed rail, large-scale public transit, broadband
expansion, and federal cultural facilities. Previously, he oversaw P3 development,
financing, construction, and asset management as President and CEO of Bilfinger
Project Investments North America.
Claude Généreux
Alto (VIA HFR – VIA TGF Inc.) announced the appointment of Claude
Généreux to its Board of Directors. Généreux, Executive Vice-President,
Power Corporation since 2015, has served in prominent advisory roles
to major domestic and international organizations across the financial
services, resources, and energy industries throughout his career. He also brings extensive experience through his current and previous roles as a director on the boards
of directors of Great-West Lifeco, Canada Life, Empower, IGM Financial, IG Wealth
Management, Mackenzie, Groupe Bruxelles Lambert and Putnam Investments.

of Shane Stewart as CEO and
President, Brian Priestly as COO, and Andrew Smith as CFO. Stewart brings
a strong track record of building, scaling, and transforming businesses across
Canada and the U.S., with experience spanning construction, infrastructure, and
demolition-adjacent projects. Priestly, who has played a pivotal role in guiding
PDI through years of growth, will lead operational strategy and execution across
all divisions. Smith will continue to oversee PDI’s financial strategy, planning,
and governance.
Renée Smith
Englobe announced the appointment of Renée Smith, P.Eng.,
FEC as Senior Director, Hydropower. Smith brings over 15 years
of experience in electrical system planning, regulatory strategy,
and stakeholder engagement. Her tenure at Newfoundland and
Labrador Hydro earned her a reputation as a visionary leader and a respected
voice in the industry.

The Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA) appointed
Bill Fullerton, P.E., Ph.D. as Toronto Pearson’s new Chief
Infrastructure Officer. With more than 30 years of experience
in the infrastructure sector across various development and
investment models, Fullerton brings global airport experience, a commitment to
excellence, and a passion for leadership. His experience will be instrumental as
the GTAA advances PearsonLIFT, its infrastructure development plan spanning
more than a decade, aimed at transforming Toronto Pearson into one of the
most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.
