Jonathan Goldbloom
Transport Canada appointed Jonathan Goldbloom as the
chairperson of VIA Rail Canada Inc. for a term of five years. Goldbloom, of Montréal, has been a board member since 2017 and
a member of multiple VIA Rail committees. He is the founder
and president of Jonathan Goldbloom & Associates Inc. Strategic Communications and was previously the vice president and general manager of Optimum
Public Relations at Cossette Communications and a senior partner at Columbia
Communications.
Joe Heil
The Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO) has
appointed Joe Heil to the position of vice president of Indigenous
and Municipal Relations and Transportation. Formerly director
of Northwest Indigenous Engagement, Heil is responsible for the
NWMO’s Reconciliation program and relationship-building with Indigenous and
municipal communities in northwestern Ontario. Heil joined the NWMO in 2015
after more than 32 years at Ontario Power Generation (OPG) working in the fields
of nuclear operations, radiation protection and Indigenous relations.
Andrew Moles
PCL Construction announced that Andrew Moles has been
promoted to vice president and general manager, Solar Division.
Moles is entrusted with the overall operational leadership of
all solar energy projects undertaken by PCL across Canada, the
United States and Australia. With over 18 years of experience at PCL and more
than 15 years in the solar industry, he has played a pivotal role in the delivery
of solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects, totaling over $8.3
billion in value.
Susan Reisbord
Stantec has promoted Susan Reisbord, who had led the firm’s
environmental services business for three years, to chief operating officer (COO) for North America. After studying geology and
geochemistry, Reisbord gained more than 30 years of experience
in consulting engineering and the construction industry. She held leadership
roles with MWH, Wellington Road Associates, GHD and Cardno and became an
advisory board member of the Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils
(FIDIC) Global Leadership Forum.
Dean Radeloff
Dean Radeloff has been appointed as Mott MacDonald’s president and CEO, North America. Having joined Mott MacDonald
in 2022 as regional development manager for North America,
Radeloff has made a significant contribution to the growth of
the business in the US and Canada. His career spans over 34 years across the
fields of environmental engineering, residential, commercial and heavy civil
infrastructure construction, consulting design and engineering, and business
development and sales.
Joanne McCall
AECOM appointed Joanne McCall as the Canada Transportation
Regional Business Line Lead. McCall brings over 30 years of experience in infrastructure across Canada, the U.S., and internationally.
She has previously held leadership roles at Mott MacDonald and at
Parsons. She has driven exceptional growth in the Canadian market specifically by
fostering industry networks and securing key roles on major projects, including the
Gordie Howe International Bridge and the Scarborough Subway Extension.

Marie Campagna
The Government of Canada announced the selection of Marie Campagna as
chair of the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority (WDBA) Board of Directors. Campagna has been a member of the Board since 2017 and has most recently
served in the role of interim chair since May 2024. Campagna has over 40
years of experience in the public and private sectors, including being the former CEO and
vice president at the Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare.
Jesse Unke
MNP’s BC Advisory team welcomed Jesse Unke as its newest Unke brings
deep experience as a construction and engineering executive and a PMI
Project and Risk Management Professional (PMP/RMP). He provides infrastructure, utility, and transportation project delivery and advisory services
to technical and non-technical clients alike, helping with the delivery of the design and
construction of their infrastructure, utility, and transportation programs and projects. Unke is
also currently a member of ReNew Canada’s Editorial Advisory Board.
Brian Barron
The Ontario Construction Secretariat Board of Directors announced the
appointment of Brian Barron as its new CEO. Most recently, Barron served
as the senior manager for the Construction Health and Safety Program at the
Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development. He has also
held leadership roles in the ICI construction sector and previously owned and operated his
own construction business.
Dale Johnson
EXP announced the promotion of Dale Johnson, MBA, P.Eng., to vice president, Infrastructure – Western Canada. With more than 30 years of experience, Johnson has managed significant projects and pursuits. During his 10
years at EXP, he has managed the land development team. He spent 13 years
at consulting firms in both Saskatoon and Calgary, with roles in project management and
team management before he moved to Qualico Communities. After seven years with Qualico,
he transitioned back to consulting and began his career at EXP.
Bruno Guilmette
The Government of Canada announced the re-appointment of Bruno Guilmette
to the Board of Directors for the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) for a term of
two years. Guilmette has a wealth of experience in financial management and in
the acquisition and financing of infrastructure projects around the world. In his
current role as the EVP and CFO of Boralex, he oversees the finance and accounting, taxation,
investor relations, risk management and internal controls divisions of the company.
Reza Hadiseraji
Entuitive announced the appointment of Reza Hadiseraji as a wenior
qssociate, based in Vancouver. Hadiserji brings over 14 years of extensive
experience in structural engineering and project management, with a proven
track record in healthcare, industrial, institutional, and large-scale alternative delivery projects. His portfolio includes landmark projects such as the Arthur J.E. Child
Comprehensive Cancer Centre and multiple industrial facilities.
Tony S. Gill
AtkinsRéalis announced the nomination of Tony S. Gill as vice president,
Practice Lead. Gill will head AtkinsRéalis Architecture & Design Canada Inc,
the firms’ new architecture and master planning practice in Canada. With
over 35 years of experience, he led Arcadis/IBI Group’s, Vancouver studio
and Global P3/DB initiatives for 24 years, ensuring operational excellence, driving business
development, and implementing new technologies.
