Inna Kravitz
The Building Ontario Fund announced Inna Kravitz as its new
Chief Financial Officer. Kravitz brings over 25 years of leadership
experience, including 16 years in the Ontario Public Service, where
she most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Ornge. A
champion of excellence, innovation, and fiscal responsibility, Kravitz is also deeply
committed to creating a culture of collaboration, respect, and inclusion, both at
work and through her extensive community service.
Luke de Hayr
Luke de Hayr was appointed the new executive vice president of
Environmental Services for Stantec’s global operations. De Hayr
offers 25 years of experience in the environmental industry and
joined Stantec when the firm acquired Cardno in 2021. He has
supported numerous large international projects in the United Arab Emirates,
Papua New Guinea, Jordan, Oman, Nigeria, and Kenya, involving sustainability,
regulatory compliance, permitting, and natural resource damage assessment.
J.L. Richards & Associates
J.L. Richards & Associates Limited announce the 2025 appointments to principal associate,
senior associate, and associate. The new associates include: Claudette Carriere, P.Eng., senior
mechanical engineer and practice lead for aggregate production; Marshall Huband, P.Eng.,
senior civil engineer and practice lead for water and wastewater conveyance and trenchless
technology; Chris Mallalieu, P.Eng., senior project lead engineer and process practice lead;
and Kristin McCartney, human resources (HR) manager. The three new senior associates are:
Derek Koziol, P.Eng., senior civil engineer and mining market chief; Darren Roswell, information
technology (IT) manager; and Jane Wilson, P.Eng., municipal infrastructure and planning
market chief. The two new principal associates are: Bogdan Burzawa, P.Eng., senior mechanical
engineer and buildings market chief; and Matthew Morkem, P.Eng., environmental infrastructure
market chief.
