Celebrating the Biggest
Infrastructure Projects in Canada
N FEBRUARY 27, senior executives from throughout the Canadian public sector infrastructure landscape came together at The Carlu in downtown
Toronto to celebrate more than $293 billion in infrastructure megaproject
development.
Parliamentary Secretary to the Federal Minister of Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Peter Fragiskatos provided keynote
remarks at the annual event, discussing the government’s recent initiatives and
future plans to build and improve Canada’s public infrastructure.
“Collaboration with the private sector, Indigenous partners, and all levels of
government is essential for delivering projects that are not only timely but also
of high quality and cost-e昀昀ective,” said the MP for London North Centre.
“The Government of Canada committed to ensuring communities across
Canada have access to stable and predictable infrastructure funding over the
next decade, and to using infrastructure investments to advance housing supply
and a昀昀ordability.
“As we look toward delivering on the government’s historic infrastructure
commitments, we are constantly seeking to improve upon that success and
evolve our partnerships to suit each project and the changing times we are in.”
Work is now underway to develop the 2025 edition of the Top100 Projects report. Project and stakeholder submissions are being accepted now. If you would
