COQUITLAM CROSSING
The BC Ministry of Transportation and Transit is upgrading the Coquitlam River Bridge
on Highway 7B/Mary Hill bypass. Upgrades will include the construction of a multiuse path on the south side of the bridge, as well as seismic and drainage upgrades,
climate adaptations, including abutment and embankment modifications and
concrete replacement, enhanced safety measures for cyclists and a new cultural art
fence. The project is anticipated to be completed by fall 2026.
