1. On March 31, 2025, the first segment was cast for
the elevated guideway at the precast concrete facility.
2. Once complete, elevated guideway segments are
transported to a storage area using a rail mechanism.
3. Crews assembling one of the molds at the precast
concrete facility. Each elevated guideway segment is
made of rebar and concrete. It takes 12 to 14 hours to
set before the segment can be moved outside.
4. More than 4,000 concrete guideway segments are
being produced—each weighing about 28 tonnes.
